Breast Augmentation Revision
This patient had a bilateral breast capsular contracture with implant rupture after leaving her implants in 30 years. She required a bilateral capsulectomy, implant exchange, mesh internal bra, and breast lift. Her result is a total overhaul which matches her body figure. The implant used was a moderate profile 560cc implant.
