Dr. Lucas Bryant is a dual board-certified and fellowship-trained facial plastic surgeon. His exceptional training, expertise, and artistic eye help to ensure true-to-you treatment plans for each patient.
Education & Training
Dr. Bryant received his B.S. from University of Minnesota. He went on to complete his medical school training at Eastern Virginia Medical School, where he received many academic honors, including his induction into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society (AOA).
He also volunteered at a local hospital and mentored at-risk youth. His commitment to the community has always been at the forefront of his work. He completed his surgical training at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, which is nationally ranked as one of the best hospitals for head, neck, and facial plastic surgery. During his residency, he received several awards for both clinical performance and research. He also authored two book chapters, spoke at meetings nationwide, and continued to volunteer in the local community.
After Residency After residency, Dr. Bryant was selected out of a national pool of applications to complete his fellowship in cosmetic and reconstructive facial plastic surgery with the internationally renowned Andrew Jacono, MD, FACS.
Here, Dr. Bryant again set himself apart from his colleagues and received the Orlando Roe award, the only AAFPRS fellowship award given that year. The award is named after Dr. Orlando Roe, who performed the first rhinoplasty in 1887. It recognizes the most outstanding clinical research project.

Patient safety and philanthropy are the true cornerstone values of Dr. Bryant’s practice. He commits a portion of his practice to volunteering his time on surgical mission trips, helping children and adults with limited medical and financial resources. Most commonly, he performs surgical treatments for cleft lip, cleft palate, vascular deformities, scar and burns deformities, trauma (from assault and domestic abuse), and microtia reconstruction.
When not traveling abroad and donating his talents and time, he uses his surgical gifts locally to help reconstruct the lives and faces of women who have been victims of domestic violence. As a member of FACE TO FACE, he works with the American Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery to assist these women through the recovery process from these traumatic moments in their life.
