Michelle Feneck, FNP
Refine Facial Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics is pleased to introduce Michelle Feneck as a member of the Refine team. Michelle is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with a deep passion for aesthetics. Originally from Southern California, she has made Nashville her home for the past decade. She earned her BSN from California Baptist University and worked in various nursing roles before pursuing further education. Michelle completed her Master’s degree in nursing at South University, where she discovered her love for the field of aesthetics. Stylistically, Michelle's injection technique involves simple refinements that yield beautiful and natural-looking results. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, spending quality time with her family, and exploring Nashville with her dog, Jax.
Chris Starry-Lyon, Clinical Nurse & Aesthetician
Chris Starry-Lyon is a licensed clinical nurse and aesthetician with more than 25 years of experience in a physician-led environment, specializing in dermatology and plastic surgery. Chris Starry-Lyon earned a nursing degree from Northwestern Michigan College and attended John Nave Aesthetic School in Nashville, TN. She has served as the National Trainer for the MD Forte medical skincare line and has been an educator and board member for both John Nave and Nashville Tech. Additionally, she was the President of the Tennessee Dermatology Derm Nurses Association and coordinated skin cancer screenings. Aesthetics has provided a fulfilling long-term career path, with the rewarding opportunity to educate and inspire patients about the benefits of skincare and treatments.
